Our Approach
We researched and assessed several options which include purchasing his new property through his company or whether he should make the purchase in his own name. After analysing the options, we felt the most appropriate solution was to utilise his existing pension funds to fund the purchase of the property using a self-invested personal pension (SIPP) to facilitate this.
Result
A SIPP offered Darren the opportunity to use his the pension fund to purchase the property without needing additional personal borrowing or funds.
