Recommend a Friend - Terms and conditions

• To qualify for this offer, the recommender must be 18 years or over and a UK resident.  You must be an existing client or contact of Absolute Wealth Management and have not previously signed an Introducer Agreement with the company.
• The recommender can recommend a friend by following the Recommend a Friend instructions at http://www.absolutewm.co.uk/recommendafriend.  The recommender can recommend as many friends as they wish and for each friend that becomes a client by signing a client agreement, the recommender will receive one Lido voucher to the value of £100.
• It is important that the recommender must ensure that permission is sought from each friend to pass on their personal contact data before providing this information to Absolute Wealth Management.
• The recommender must not recommend themselves to Absolute Wealth Management.
• Absolute Wealth Management will notify the recommender via email or telephone should they be due to receive a Lido voucher.  Absolute Wealth Management will issue the voucher within 7 days of the recommended friend signing a client agreement.
• Recommenders’ contact details will be used to administer the voucher.
• Absolute Wealth Management shall not be responsible for entries which are illegible, incomplete, corrupted lost or delayed, regardless of the cause, by way of example only, due to a technical malfunction, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind, or which do not satisfy the entrance conditions.
• The prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash.
• Absolute Wealth Management’s decision on all matters relating to the administering the vouchers is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• We may change, extend or withdraw this offer at any time and without letting you know.
• This offer is not available to Absolute Wealth Management employees.
• These terms are subject to English Law and by entering this prize draw you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
